Leadership Hardee
Leadership Hardee
is a comprehensive, tuition based program for selected
participants to gain the skills and knowledge to become a
community leader.
The program, designed to identify existing and emerging leaders
from various segments of the community, begins in September of
each year.
The
nine month curriculum is dedicated to building a network of
community leaders who will utilize their diverse talents,
skills, and unique perspectives to address community-wide
challenges, identify viable alternatives, and help solve
problems facing Hardee County
today and in the future.
By focusing on the selection, training, advancement and
recognition of leadership, the primary objective of Leadership
Hardee is to educate and expose a select number of individuals
to the societal and economic challenges facing the community.
Leadership
Hardee is a nine month program that is scheduled to begin in
September with a kick off dinner and end in May with a
graduation ceremony.
Throughout the year, classes will meet for a full day of
